I made a quick review of these two fans I bought for my new computer case coming in. The SlipStream ($7.50) can do 110 CFM and Tri-Cool 79 CFM ($12) on highest settings. Not for heatsinks but the slipstream's static pressure seems pretty decent if you consider using it as one.
